T35 axial flow fan is analyzed and compared with similar foreign products. The impeller structure of the fan is determined through optimal design. The motor is improved to reduce the flow loss structurally. Therefore, the fan efficiency is increased to 89.5% and the noise level is reduced by 3.6dB compared with A sound level. In addition, the strength at the blade root is enhanced to avoid blade fracture. This series of fans is applicable to the transportation of non-flammable, explosive, non-corrosive and non-obvious dust gases, and the temperature shall not exceed 80 ºC. It is widely used in general factories, warehouses, offices, residential ventilation or to strengthen the use of heating and cooling. It can also be installed in series at intervals in long exhaust ducts to increase the pressure in the ducts.
